Born in Alvito, a small town some 90 miles southeast of Rome, Tony immigrated to the U.S at the age of 12. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, switching to Liberal Arts after 3 years in Chemical Engineering.​

 

He held key positions in the advertising field, including VP – Associate Creative Director. Tony also spent three years as a Creative Director in an Advertising Agency in Rome, Italy.​He employs a variety of painting styles.

 

His unique style is characterized as “Abstract Impressionism”, where reality is not immediately evident but has to be discovered. Whatever his style, his art reflects the spirit, the passion, and the colors of his origins and life in Italy.

Additionally, if any galleries are interested, we would be delighted to donate artwork for you to showcase.Any proceeds from the sale of his artwork will go to art programs at U of D Jesuit High School, where his grandsons attended, and the University of Notre Dame, where both my dad and I earned our art degrees.
